Gemma Taylor

Administrator

Our Administrator Gemma joined us in September 2023.

She is the friendly face working behind the scenes, who will help you with your hearing needs. Her role includes responding to enquiries, booking appointments and following up with clients, as well as various other administrative tasks.

Gemma has a background in both health and social care and business administration

She has an Advanced GNVQ in Health and Social Care, a City and Guilds Licentiateship Award in Social Care Practice and a BSc (Hons) in Social Care Studies. She has worked in the health and social care Industry for over 20 years as a housing and support worker, home coordinator and team leader in supported living and domicilary care services.

Gemma also has 10 years experience of managing multiple independent direct selling businesses where she gained valuable experience in customer service, office administration, sales and marketing.
